They are made 100% with Bolivian alpaca wool. Alpaca wool is soft and fine and has excellent insulating and thermal qualities (it has inside microscopic air bubbles which makes it lighter but also warmer). Alpaca fiber is hypoallergenic, does not contain fat, oil or lanolin, being very suitable for sensitive and sensitive skin. At the same time, it is very resistant to solar radiation and heat and, it barely absorbs the humidity by repelling water very well.
