If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 8 working days from the date of the order delivery to return it. Before you return the product, you must inform to Customer Service department. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to repay the full amount to your bank account. The refund will be made within 15 days. The shipping return costs will be borne by the customer, and in no case they will be refunded, except if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or mistake by Apple Juice.

Order cancellation

If the order cancellation is before the products leave our warehouse, there will be no cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping product returning costs of this order.
